Gary Beestone


Director of Gary Beestone Events & Theatre, Gary is also International Technical Director of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Project Director for the Lyric Theatre Refurbishment on Broadway. Gary’s recent Theatre work includes Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Glass Menagerie and La Strada. Alongside theatrical production management, some of his recent events include Six Day Cycling, Hull City of Culture and the Rugby World Cup.  

Zoe Snow


Zoe is co-director and Managing Director of Gary Beestone Events & Theatre and a live events specialist. Her experience includes agency, sport, client side, experiential and ceremonies and recent highlights include; consulting on productions including PUMA FUTURE VAULT for Urban Nerds, the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, the World Para Athletics Championships, Secret Cinema presents Star Wars, British House Rio and NFL Superbowl 50. Recent brand activations include Veuve Cliquot, Estrella, Dulux, Coca-Cola, BBC and Apple.  

Richard Seary

Operations Manager

Having originally worked with Gary and Zoe on London 2012, Richard joins us from Southwark Playhouse where he led the team as Technical Manager and then General Manager. Richard specialises in production and operational management. His events and theatre highlights include; Greenwich and Docklands Festival, the National Youth Theatre and Victory Ceremonies and Team Welcome at London 2012. Richard is trained in IOSH Managing Safely, Emergency First Aid and is a Personal Licence holder. 

Sebastian Cannings

Production Manager

A graduate of the Central School of Speech and Drama, Seb joined us as Assistant Production Manager for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Now supporting all areas of the business, Seb is Production Manager for a range of projects including Around the World in 80 Days for Kenny Wax, Blueberry Toast and The One for Soho Theatre, Wilde Creatures for Tall Stories and Buggy Baby for The Yard Theatre. Seb is also trained in IOSH Managing Safely, CIEH Level 2 Award in Fire Safety Principles and Emergency First Aid at Work. 

Guy Ongley

Senior Production Manager

Guy joins us a Senior Production Manager with a wealth of experience in UK and International theatrical project management and events. He started his career as a stage and then company manager, before moving into production management. His diverse portfolio includes musical theatre, opera, plays and comedy, most recently looking after shows including Chicago and the Sound of Music (UK and International touring) and a range of productions at the Curve Leicester.
